By using VS7 (hereinafter referred to as the "Platform"), you are considered to have fully agreed to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not accept these terms, please refrain from using VS7.

• Each individual may open only one account.

• Only one account per person is permitted. Attempting to open multiple accounts may result in all accounts being suspended.

• Never share your account password with anyone. You are solely responsible for your account's security.
• Placing bets on behalf of others or using another person's funds is strictly prohibited.
• KYC verification is mandatory before your first withdrawal. You will need to upload a photo of your national ID.

VS7 reserves the right to verify account information at any time. Failure to cooperate with verification may result in the account being temporarily suspended.

• If a match or event is cancelled, the bet will be voided and your stake will be returned.
• In live betting, once the odds change, bets at the previous odds will no longer be accepted.
• If a selection in an accumulator is voided, it will be counted as odds of 1.00.
• VS7 reserves the right to investigate and suspend bets in cases of suspicious or unusual betting patterns.

All games on VS7 are audited by third-party auditors and powered by RNG (Random Number Generator) technology. The following rules apply to the Games section:

• Game outcomes are entirely independent and not predetermined. Neither VS7 nor any game provider influences the results.
• If a disconnection occurs mid-game, the state recorded on VS7's servers is considered final.
• In Live Casino games, the dealer's decision is final — in cases of screen discrepancies or disputes, server logs will be used for verification.
• Using bots or automated software to play games is strictly prohibited.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on vs7 and may result in permanent account suspension and balance forfeiture:

• Creating multiple accounts or using another person's account.

• Using VS7 for money laundering purposes.
• Attempting to hack, phish, or breach the platform's security.
• Using bots or automated software for betting or gaming.
• Harassing or defrauding other members.

• Information may be shared when required by law or at the request of a regulatory authority.

VS7 believes gaming is for entertainment — not as an alternative source of income. We actively promote responsible gaming:

• Each member can set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their own account.
• Session time limit — automatic logout after a set period.
• Self-Exclusion Tools — temporarily or permanently deactivate your account for a set period or indefinitely.

For any dispute or complaint, vs7 follows the resolution process below:

• Step One: Submit a complaint via live chat or at support@vs7.best.
• Step Two: The vs7 team will provide an initial response within 72 hours.
• Step Three: Server logs and transaction records will be reviewed if necessary.
• Step Four: If unresolved, the matter will be referred to an independent mediator.

You have the right to appeal vs7's decisions. Contact the help center for information on the appeals process.

VS7 may suspend or close an account under the following circumstances:

• Violating the rules and Terms and Conditions.
• Providing inaccurate information during KYC verification.
• If suspicious or irregular activity is detected.
• At the member's own request (self-exclusion).
• Prolonged inactivity (12 months).

Any legitimate balance remaining in your account at the time of closure will be refunded — excluding bonus balance. In cases of prohibited activity, the balance may be forfeited.

Members may also close their account at any time by submitting a request to support@vs7.best.

Vs7 may update these Terms & Conditions as necessary. When changes are made:

• Members will be notified by email or in-app notification at least 7 days before any major changes take effect.
• Minor changes (spelling corrections, clarifications) may take effect immediately.
• Continued use of vs7 after any changes take effect will be considered acceptance of the updated terms.
• If you do not agree to the updated terms, you may request to close your account.
